1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetDigitize's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

GetDigitize provides digital marketing and brand strategy services, including but not limited to:

• Brand Strategy Development
• Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Content Creation and Management
• Website Design and Development
• Social Media Management

3. Project Delivery

We strive to meet all project deadlines and deliver high-quality work. However, timelines may vary based on:

• Project complexity
• Client feedback and revision cycles
• Resource availability
• Third-party dependencies

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are project-specific and will be outlined in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

• 50% upfront payment for new projects
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Monthly retainer fees for ongoing services
• Late payment fees may apply

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. However, GetDigitize retains the right to:

• Use the work in our portfolio
• Showcase project results as case studies
• Retain proprietary methodologies and processes

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. This includes:

• Business strategies and plans
• Proprietary information
• Client data and analytics
• Financial information

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Work completed up to termination date will be delivered
• Access to ongoing services will be discontinued
